In the event of needing to cancel your booking, please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made within the 72 hours’ notice period will be charged in full.

Rooms - Cancellation, No Shows and Early Departures

The first nights stay are charged at the time of booking with the balance charged 7 days before arrival.

If cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If cancelled with less than 7 days notice or for a no-show, then you will be charged in full.

Early departures will be charged for the full length of stay.

Refunds within 7 days prior to arrival will only be made if the hotel is unable to fulfil its legal obligations.

Christmas and New Year deposits and cancellation arrangements differ from the Standard Rules and will be advised at the time of booking.
